Return and Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at JustLove Closet.
1) Only defective item(s) are eligible for exchange/return.
2) For item with sizes, if item size unfit, exchange is allowed subject to the availability of the item(s).
3) Kindly contact us via Email (email@example.com) or Facebook Page within 3 working days upon receiving the item(s).
4) Items must be shipped within 3 working days after contacted us.
5) Strictly no exchange/return for DISCOUNTED item AND for item purchased during SALE period. Kindly refer to item description for measurement before place order.
6) Strictly no exchange/return for item purchased under SECOND CHANCE album.
7) To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition (unwashed and unworn) that you received it.
8) Exchange is not allowed for any onhold order for more than one month.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund with JustLove store credits.
1）You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and redelivering your item (except Defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2）For exchange/refund during FREE SHIPPING promo/order, shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount.
We recommend return parcel(s) to be sent via courier services with tracking number.
